Having recently earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Rhianna is dedicated to advocacy, community empowerment, and developing actionable prevention strategies and response. At Three3, she works as a Research Associate, investigating key socio-economic issues using quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, ensuring effective project and program design and implementation, and taking on various roles as needed. Her recent work has focused on survey design, data collection and entry, literature reviews, and project and grant management. She is certified in Human Services Management and is currently pursuing a certification in Project Management.
